LAVA House

I guess it was fate that I happened to be immediately across the street when this tragedy happened. I've known the Herre family my entire life and have shared many great times with them. As neighbors for the first seven years of my life to fellow scouts and scoutmasters. Mr Herre has been nothing less of a second father to me and his sons great role models. I still cannot believe the events i witnessed on the grave night, sat jan 26th. I watched many dreams, memories and lives burn to rubble and still remain speechless. My heart goes out to all those affected by this devastating event. I may not have a lot to offer but my support and prayers, but know that I will never forget the impact that this community of people have had on my life.
